Every office has a go-to person, and at Market Mentors, that person is Sarah Murphy. Enthusiastic and driven, Sarah joined our team in 2016 and was recognized as one of <a href="https://businesswest.com/blog/announcing-the-2021-40-under-forty/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Business West’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2021</a>. In her pivotal role as our Director of Resource Management, Sarah is responsible for workflow throughout our very busy agency, engaging the appropriate resources, assembling teams, delegating tasks to employees best positioned to handle them and ensuring jobs are completed as specified and on time.   Sarah creates long- and short-term plans with target milestones, troubleshoots as needed and makes effective decisions to ensure projects proceed smoothly. Her innovative mindset enables her to make quick adjustments to project deadlines or assignments, and her innate understanding of the agency, coupled with her insight and experience, has afforded the team countless opportunities to improve processes and protocols.   Her enthusiasm for her work is evidenced by her dedication; she is usually one of the first to arrive in the morning and one of the last to leave. An animal lover, Sarah sits on the board of the Foundation for TJO Animals and plays a very active role. She helps lead many of their fundraising initiatives and outreach events, and even adopted a cat of her own—Cleo—from the group.
