Every team needs a pinch hitter and on ours, that person is Kayleigh Frazier. After joining us in 2022 as a project coordinator, she quickly became an indispensable player on our resource management team and was promoted to traffic manager in 2024.   In her current role, Kayleigh ensures all work is executed effectively and efficiently within assigned timelines, scheduling and monitoring production work, pulling monthly and bi-monthly hours, ensuring appropriate workload distribution, managing vendors, monitoring workflow processes and assisting in onboarding new team members.   A graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in sociology, Kayleigh also has Google Professional Certificates in data analytics and digital marketing. She lives in West Springfield with her kitty, Arwen, and in her free time, she enjoys nature-y things, reading, learning to cook and couch rotting.
