Donny Wilson joined our team in 2026 with 13 years of experience shaping creative that’s both strategic and visually compelling. At Market Mentors, he leads the creative vision across brand, campaign and digital initiatives, overseeing concept development, visual direction and design standards to ensure every deliverable supports the bigger business objective. (Because great design should do more than look good.)   Donny guides projects from ideation through final delivery, collaborating closely with marketing and strategy teams to keep work cohesive, on brand and impactful. He also mentors designers, helping elevate creative thinking and craft across the team.   Before joining us, Donny served as senior brand designer at Spekit, a fast-growing SaaS startup, where he led brand evolution initiatives and developed scalable visual systems to support product marketing and growth. Prior to that, he was an art director at 829 Studios, an award-winning Boston-based design agency, directing integrated campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative across digital and brand platforms.
