Dowd & Sons, The Dowd Agencies has remained a family-owned company, making it the oldest insurance agency in Massachusetts under continuous family ownership. We even visited the Holyoke Library to research the family, the company and their deep community roots.</p>   <p><strong>Our team tied the entire year-long celebration together, including:</strong></p>   <ul> <li>Creation of a custom 125th anniversary logo that was used on all marketing materials throughout the year.</li>   <li>A PR initiative whereby Dowd employees selected local charities for donations over the course of 2023.</li>   <li>A <a href="https://businesswest.com/blog/the-dowd-agencies-expands-organically-and-through-ma/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">cover story in BusinessWest</a> reflecting on the history and future of the company.</li>   <li>Flashback Friday social posts highlighting The Dowd Agencies story with archival images going as far back as 1865.</li>   <li>The anniversary party at the Log Cabin in Holyoke (where the business got its start), featuring food stations and an open bar, remarks, music, mementos and memories.</li>   <li>The pièce de résistance, a 7-minute <a href="https://marketmentors.com/expertise/video-production/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">video</a> celebrating The Dowd Agencies and its 125-year journey. The heartfelt tribute shared historical images and memories from leadership ranging from John E.
