When it comes to account service that doesn’t miss a beat, you can count on seasoned professional Chelsea LeBlanc. She puts her 15 years+ of experience to work as a liaison between our clients and agency teams, building sound marketing strategies that strike all the right notes.
Before joining our team in 2023, Chelsea channeled her passion for food as a channel marketing director at a hospitality and food services company with a focus on brand activation, process improvement and project management. She worked across various industries including business and health care, with the majority of her time spent in the higher education sector. She led the activation of new brand releases across 50+ accounts and ensured continuous improvement by focusing on the development process and providing two-way feedback. In addition, she developed communications campaigns for the launch of new websites, client-specific marketing plans and internal program releases.
A graduate of Western New England University with a degree in marketing communications/advertising, Chelsea is a Smartsheet Product Certified User, Project Management Institute member and Project Management Professional candidate. This Baltimore native now resides in Windsor, Connecticut with her husband Jeff, their daughter Hailey and their dog Gemma and cat Willow. When not jamming out to all kinds of music, Chelsea enjoys cooking, reading and hiking.
