Amanda takes awards and accolades in stride—she won a place on Western Mass Women’s Magazine’s list as a “Top Woman to Watch” and was selected to the 2016 class of “40 Under Forty” by BusinessWest. A true perfectionist (and a modest one at that), the awards, to her, are not the end result of good work, but rather, stepping stones. This outlook serves as an example to all members of the firm, who look to her for direction and mentorship, which she willingly provides among her many responsibilities including ensuring that all jobs are done on time and on budget (under if possible), managing a client roster while assisting Account Executives and Coordinators on all other accounts. On top of that, she oversees the departments of the firm and makes sure that communication is clear across all parties. A tall order, right? Luckily, Amanda is a head above the rest and works every day to meet the firm’s high standards, all the while, challenging everyone around her to follow suit. Outside of the office, she splits her time between volunteering—she’s a board member for the Salvation Army—exercising—she participates in boot camp and spin classes and enjoys the occasional hikes—cooking and baking. A word to the wise for Amanda’s clients: try to schedule meetings on days when Amanda brings in some of her delicacies. You’ll be glad you did.
