Do you specialize in working with specific industries?

We work with clients across a broad range of industries including education, banking and financial, health care, insurance, legal, manufacturing, non-profits, politics, retail and more. Our clients also run the gamut between small businesses and international corporations.


Do I have to hire you for an entire campaign or can I pick and choose which services I need?

Market Mentors is a full-service agency, but we are happy to focus our expertise where you need it most. If you only need assistance with media buying or designing your annual report, we’re on board. And if you want us the create an entire campaign from strategy through implementation and evaluation, we will be your valued partner every step of the way.


I already have an in-house communications professional. Why would I need to hire an agency?

We often work as partners with a company’s existing communications team. It’s hard to be an expert in all things, and most companies can’t afford to hire communications specialists for every need. We can pick up select tasks, such as website development and maintenance, social media or design, for example, to free up your employees to better focus on what they do best.


What is your fee schedule? Will I know up front what a project will cost?

We offer a couple different options. We are happy to provide a quote on a per-project basis and detail what is included in the cost. Many of our clients prefer to work on a retainer basis. This more tailored approach gives them a set number of hours per month to use as they like, providing more flexible access to our full scope of services.

Many times, a client will hire us for a project, and then decide to shift to a retainer-based relationship. Either way, we’ll meet with you about what you need and come up with a mutually agreeable proposal. We always treat your budget like it’s our own and strive to provide the most efficient, cost-effective solutions.


What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s pretty common. We’ll talk to you about your objectives, challenges and previous marketing efforts, if any. We’ll get a sense of where you are and where you’d like to be. Then we’ll strategize what it will take to get you there. We’re one of the only agencies in the region to subscribe to Nielsen Television and Audio ratings, and we are a Google Certified Partner, so our recommendations are based on solid data, not opinion.


What is my next step if I am interested?
